The website (hereinafter referred to as the “website”) belongs to Les Toises – Psychiatry and psychotherapy center (hereinafter referred to as the “Centre des Toises” or “Gammed SA”), a private structure of outpatient consultations that provides services and care to children, adolescents, and adults of all ages who are living with a mental health problem.

The website contains information about the Centre des Toises and the services it provides. It provides anyone who consults the website (the “Visitor”) to make initial contact with the first-line services of the Centre des Toises. The website is meant for the general public and for health care professionals.

The website and these general terms of use have been established in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations in Switzerland.

Medical information

The medical information provided on this website comes from reliable sources and has been validated by qualified health care professionals. This information in no way replaces the advice of a health care professional or a medical consultation.

No medical advice or consultations can be provided through this website.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights (copyright, brand, design, etc.) related to the content of the website belongs exclusively to the Centre des Toises or other expressly mentioned owners. The website content is made available to Visitors. Any downloading or copying of text, illustrations, photographs or other data shall in no way lead to a transfer of rights of any website content in part or in its entirety.

No personal information (e.g. name, address, phone number, or email address) is collected when Visitors access the website, unless the Visitor voluntarily provides this information through a contact form (to make an appointment, submit an application, or contact the Centre des Toises).

Visitors’ personal information is processed in accordance with Section 13 of the Federal Constitution of the Swiss Confederation and the federal legal provisions related to the protection of information. This information is collected, used, or transmitted for the sole purposes expressed at the time they are collected. Any individual may ask the Centre des Toises whether his or her personal information has been collected, may formally oppose that his or her personal information be collected, and may ask that his or her personal information be removed from the records of the Centre des Toises by sending a request through this contact form. The Centre des Toises is obligated to maintain its books and accounting records for ten years (Art. 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations).

Data security

Personal information collected from the website is protected against any unauthorised processing through appropriate organisational measures and systems.

However, the data submitted through the site is not encrypted and therefore may be subject to interception by a third party.
