You can receive our services just like Swiss citizens. However, you must pay for the consultation fees after each session. We will provide you with an invoice for your own insurance.
Sessions with a psychologist are covered by basic insurance (LAMal), minus the deductible and basic contribution amount (depending on your insurance policy).

If everything is in order, your blood test results will be sent to your doctor or therapist, who will discuss them with you at your next appointment. If your results are abnormal, the doctor will contact you as soon as possible.
You can request one from your doctor at the Centre des Toises.
Your therapist can only access your CHUV medical record with your consent.
You can contact our reception and ask to speak to your doctor to discuss the side effects that you’re experiencing.

If you can’t make an appointment, you can cancel it by contacting our reception. If you cancel 24 hours in advance, the appointment will not be invoiced. If you cancel within 24 hours, the therapist may invoice you CHF 50.
You can call the reception and ask to speak to your therapist. If he or she is available, we will transfer your call.
Someone else can be with you during your appointment. If possible, please discuss this with your therapist first.
Your follow-up appointments are made with your therapist at each session. If you need to, you can call reception to make a new appointment.
Your appointment schedule is determined by your therapist depending on your situation.
Each session lasts approximately 1 hour, except for the first appointment, which is approximately 1.5 hours.
It may be possible for you to keep seeing this therapist when you become an adult.
